I have a problem with getting discouraged too easily. I think I gave up the last few days of the challenge because I only lost 6 lbs during the cleanse phase, and my weight was up and down during the max phase. Last night I went out with people from work and drank WAY TOO MUCH. I am really paying for it today and I feel miserable about what I did and about how I feel. I have not seen any signifigant changes on the scale as of late so I just threw in the towel and kept on drinking.
I was so positive in the beginning and after a couple slip ups I feel terrible now. I probably totally blew my progress by getting discouraged. Now I will never know if it would have worked better had I not cheated.

Extremely frustrated today!!! Its my second to last day of the challenge and I really have not lost any more weight. My bf has lost almost 15 lbs and I am still stuck. I have cheated a few times and I originally swore I wouldn't so I do feel a little bad about that. I also had some personal stress this month from family members that caused me to miss workouts. I am disappointed in myself that I was not able to stick to everything 100% and I let certain stresses interfere with my plan.
It also makes me sad that because I just have 1 day left after today I can't say, "well at least I have a week or something left."
Nothing seems to work and I just get more and more frustrated. Oh boy I've lost a whole 6 lbs on a challenge where I thought I would lose 10. If I had lost 10 I would be A LOT happier right now.

I was at 151 yesterday but I wanted to wait another day to make sure it wasnt a fluke. LOL
I am ready to break under the 150 mark!!! C'mon lets go!

Weighed myself today (2 days into Max Phase) and I am down another pound. Gonna wait a couple days and check again. I am excited because I think my bf is finally on board with clean eating. We are being creative with meals as well.

Have not seen my weight go down since I made it to 153 lbs. It went back up to 157 for a couple days after I had some chili, so I guess I blame that on the beans because I am back to 153.
Just entered the Max phase of the 24 Day Challenge so we will see what the next 14 days bring.
