I am pretty healthy and active but am stuck at a plateau. I am hoping to overcome it and jump start my weight loss again. I workout and lift weights probably 4 days a week.

Be careful about coffee on the cleanse phase. It is a diuretic and will mess with your intestines. I wouldnt worry about the fat part though, everyone is allowed a cheat sometimes just jump right back in.

Getting rid of coffee has been the most difficult part of all this for me so I understand your pain. Just keep moving forward and dont dwell on mistakes.

Even if you think they are too heavy, just try a couple reps. Can't hurt to try.
