I am starting a mini-challenge for myself. I just need to loose as much as I can in 10 days. I finely got an appointment with the plastic surgeon, Dec. 15. I just want to be at my lowest I can be on surgery day and that is 10.5lbs lower. I was there and felt good - lower I was sick. I can't wait, I lost 100lbs and I can't see it when I look at my stomach. All the loose skin is so heavy to carry around all day.
