I started this journey at 420lbs. I love music. Play guitar and drums and do some recording in my home and coach football. I am 46 years old and I want to be around for my family. We still have lots to do. Lost my Mom from a stroke when I was 20. She was over weight and smoked. I then raised a brother and sister and I just do not want to leave my family in such a manner when I can do something about it. It will be tough but I have been though tough before.
