I recently retired Dec. 2020 and want to lose the pandemic/happily retired weight.
I am currently working out 5-7 days a week in the morning for a hour and taking walks afterward with my Husband 5 days a week. I was previously on Spark People and now on Spark360, however, it is on trial bases ;). I have previously lost 50lbs on WW but not satisfied with their changes. Looking forward to a great partnership with FatSecret.
