Had 2 latte's in this ice cold Jhb day together... No stress, not the end of the world. I could've reverted to my old ways and have 6 romany creams along with those lattes, but I didnt :) Keep warm everybody.

Not feeling to peachy today, was feeling great up until now. Feeling tired, because I still have lots of work to do plus studying, but honestly just not lus for either.... Did my first weigh in after 2 and half days and am 1.1kg down, probably just water, but the measurements are more important than the scale. So will measure myself once a month too. I cant say that I miss bread or pasta or potatoes, but oh my word, I am missing my Oros!!! I am a South African for goodness sake, we mos grew up on that :) Thank the good Lord that tomorrow is Friday. Not dreading the weekend for a change, but its usually pizza night on Friday's at home, so I will have to opt for something else, but no cravings so far. I also know that I need to exercise....... Will have to at lease 20 mins a day, but work, the home, then working at home, then cooking, then studying.... then you still have to be in the mood... even though you feel like a dead beetroot :)

Still feeling quite full my breakfast this morning. Had 100mls of double thick cream and a square of lindt chocolate at about 11am. This should carry me through until supper time. Already loaded my supper on fatsecret in advance to make sure that I get the ratios of fat to carb to protein correct. Saw someone on FB said it should be 180g : 20g : 100g
