Caved a bit on sat night, but nothing to worry about. Back on track for 5 more weeks of eating like nothing. LOL.
I was happy to see that loss. And hoping there will be more this weekend. I am feeling a bit tired, and slow, but nothing can be done about it. I have to do this for my surgery.
My leg is so swollen today it is ridiculous. If it goes up anymore I think my leg will split.... It hurts so bad too.
My boss asked to see my legs today, and then told me to take a home day tomorrow and wed, so that I do not lose any hours. Also if I need to go home early today that is okay, going to try and make it though.
At least at home I can be more comfortable in my office with pillows and blankets, and wear my pj's (jeans hurt). And put my legs up higher of course.
I am still worried about my job security. But at least as of now I know I am working until my surgery and am going back to 5 days a week after I recover.
Crossing my fingers that I can get as close to 20lbs lost as I can. 5 weeks. I can do it.

Well the breakout on my left leg is pretty bad. Rather than being on the shins, it is along the sides. It itches like crazy. But the swelling is not as bad, and I did manage to workout. For the first time in over 2.5 months.
It took a bit for my body to remember what it was doing and my first time back was a little sad BUT it is better than doing nothing. And at least I started.
Maybe this push to HAVE to do this for surgery is the push that I need?
My health has been all over the place, I have been poked and prodded and there are still more tests to come. At this point I am almost hoping that it is just IBS, and not chromes, or something else. I go for my consultation for my colonoscopy next wed, and then my pre-op for my surgery the monday after that. I hope to be down 10 lbs by then, because at that point I only have a month left to lose the rest.
I am saddened at my results tonight from my workout, BUT I got back on.
My body remembers the flow of blood, my legs remember the pain, and I have a feel good feeling right now. Better than I have in a LONG time.
So I am going to attempt to beat this every night even if it is just another calorie burned than the night before.
Elliptical
30 min (0ff and on, needed to take a 15 second break every now and then lol)
Interval, of 5 min slow, and then 30 secs of as hard as I could go.
Now I am not sure if this is accurate but it says I only burned 50 calories?
So in 30 min I traveled 0.7m. I know sucky eh?
BUT ITS A START.
O and my recovery time was not as bad as I thought it was going to be, my breathing, and heart rate were back to normal pretty quickly.
