Dear Diary,
I'll be 40 this year, I have no kids but I have 2 dogs who keep me busy. I walk them almost every week for at least a mile or two and at least 4-6 miles on weekends. I HATE working out, I'll walk and jog but I just don't like doing more than that. (yes, I'm lazy)
I've always been around 125-130 lbs, but after moving in with my boyfriend a year ago, I gained "boyfriend weight" because we both love to cook. It's not much, and people say "you don't need to lose weight, you're not fat" but still, my jeans are now too tight, I can't wear half of them. I don't wear my tank tops anymore because I now have a "muffin top", so I always try to find baggy tanks or t-shirts.
I am trying the Keto diet because I just want to lose the boyfriend weight and get back to where I was when I met him. After I lose this weight I plan on going back to my healthy eating habits because it was always easy for me to maintain 125.When
I got on fatsecret just for this Keto thing, because it's the best free app to track my macros and see the percentages for the day.. but when I get back to my desired weight, I will continue to track on here or at least add pics of my normal eating habits in case anyone wants to follow.
I am open to Keto suggestions from people who have succeeded with this diet..
