15 hari aku WO pake kettlebell 8 kg selama 35-45 menit ... BMR aku 1300an , tapi aku makan di kalori 1700an (light exercise).. TADI PAGI NIMBANG BB NYA NAEK :" tapi lingkar paha aku menyusut ... TOLONG KOREKSI NYA MASTER .. ini kalori yg aku makan udh bener apa blm :(? mohon dijawab yaaa need pencerahan ... terimakasii sebelumnya :D
