I'm a Filipina and a working mother of two beautiful sons, aged 12 and 10. I am in my early 40's. I'm 5' 2" and currently weigh at 118.8 lbs, which is about 6-8 lbs over my ideal weight. I would like to achieve my goal weight of 110 lbs in 2 weeks to a month and be able to maintain it. I would also like to practice eating healthy. By the way, I'm thinking of doing jumping rope in the morning as my exercise. Yes, your right, I'm still thinking about it.
