Sunday morning. Started Aug 24 2020 IF 20/4 keto. Going into my fifth week of IF 20/4 keto.
I got my party started early this morning.
40 Minutes stair stepper with VO2 max the last 20 to 15 minutes
45 minutes powerwalking with intermittent hills
100 stomach crunches
50 leg lifts
Going into next week, I WILL record work using weights as well as core work as I have a tough time just doing weights let alone recording any progress. Up until now, I've focused way more on aerobic and endurance work in contrast to core and weights. This is a promise to myself. 😇
I hope to start jogging by Thanksgiving.

Veggie medley sauteed with garlic & butta 🥕🥒 🍋🌶️ Included a little onion, red jalapeno, asparagus,and carrots. Grilled chicken to chomp on like a caveman.
Have not been to the gym or even walking in THREE days because I moved furniture like a couple of days ago like I'm 20 yo, and now feel like I'm 90. Tomorrow it's on like Donkey Kong. Today I did do tons of leg lifts, stomach crunches, and weights though. Taking muscle relaxers just for today.
