I am so bummed! I finally get on the scale this morning after being a week away, and I GAINED!?! For the first time in a year, I got PO'd and said "Not fair!" I exercised diligently every single day, and ate to program. I didn't cheat! I even FEEL slimmer in my waist and belly. So what is going on? ***SORRY FOR THE RANT*** Somedays I wish I had stayed in bed.

Okay, I just finished another brisk three mile walk, with Jeff! It's going to get up to 90 today, so I talked him into it first thing this morning. So glad, as by the end, we could feel things heating up---OUTSIDE, you sillies! In 50 less pounds, I expect to be doing the heating up INSIDE! LOL<br>Feeling really great, though. And I am actually looking forward to weighing in tomorrow morning. This should keep me on the straight and narrow today. (Crossing fingers and toes)

My Leslie Sansone DVDs didn't want to work in the apartment player, so I've been walking three miles in 45 minutes each day just here in the complex. Jeff went with me this morning, and although we were dodging the garbage truck and mail delivery, we did it well! I always feel so much better after a good brisk walk. Still doing my exercises and weight lifts on alternate days. Had Jalisco fajitas for dinner last night, but shared one serving with Jeff, bypassed the tortillas, had about 6 corn tortilla chips, and drank lots of water! Mmmm. So good! I can't check in with the scale till Friday morning. Unlike some friends here, that little red demand on the upper right of the screen doesn't bug me at all!!! I AM MASTER OF MY PAGE! HAHAHAHAHA

Back to the dentist's chair this morning. Supposed to be just for filling after the root canal, but ended up getting the full cleaning, too. Man, I hope I am done for six months. I'm sick of it!<br>Having headaches from the work, too, and hope things can start settling down again.

Had to leave home at 6 AM with Jeff for the apartment 3+ hrs away, so no jog today. But, I did do a good brisk 45 min walk (3 miles) and will do my weight exercises this afternoon. Jeff made a huge bowl of "clean out the fridge" vegetable soup, and had two bowls for lunch--so yummy!! Feeling really good and strong these days. I just know this next weigh will take me under 200. I am sooo ready for it, and really focused on making all the right choices.

France is coming up quickly, and I so would love to be down another size before picking up some new capris for the trip.<br><br>
