1 c. Whole milk
1/3 c. Water
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 drops vanilla extract
2 tsp. Strawberry preserves
2 thawed, unsweetened frozen strawberries cut, and cooked in
Last but not least a sprinkle of Millville oats and honey bars for granola!

I used to fear food because I let it control me... For the first time in my life, I can say I am excited to wake up and start my morning facing food head-on!
