3 full weeks I've been out of the radar and I'm feeling a bit sluggish, flu happened then work happened so I was not doing what I'm supposed to do but I still managed to lose 0.3kg in weeks, ummmh no that's not good at all but I'm happy it's not a gain was actually suprised this morning when I weighed myself that I didn't put on weight
I've been eating okay i guess (so says the scale)I must say with a few cheat meals here and there and only managed to workout at home for like 20minutes when I get a chance. So my schedule is okay for the next month and I'm hoping to do better
I'm not where I was hoping to be by this time but I'm not going to beat myself up just need to refocus and do more exercise. I miss my walks it's been a bit chilli in the mornings but hey winter is only 3 months right and I'm not going to fall victim of the winter slug no not this year
So tomorrow morning I'm back at it 6km walk and some HIIT training at the gym for at least 4 times a week I need to get back to training 6X a week which was mostly running and some boxing class......damnnnn I miss my fit self
Anyway I'm here to reclaim that fitness back so let's DO THIS!

So I went to bed last night with a sore throat and a blocked nose 😢, had to drink cough mixture at night and take pain killers for the headache, all signs of a cold luckily not Flu
My reading on the scale would have been far better than what it is. What was meant to be a pigging day Friday turned out to be my best day ever I decided to go full on Fast day since I didn't have a lot to do for the day. I felt so great the next day Sat, went for a 8km jog/walk and my day was great overall. Had a small piece of chicken for midafternoon snack/dinner and wasn't planning to eat anything after that until the cold slowly cripped in so I had to eat but I had a piece of chicken (yes again) and half avo only. Woke up feeling a lot better but I didn't do any training just thought I should recover clearly my immune system was complaining a bit. I'm feeling much better and looking forward to my walk tomorrow morning 🙌
