So happy I got my first full 8km walk this morning 💃💃 joined by a friend which made it much easier
But..... damnnnnn I'm tired, hungry and guess what I'm on Day2 of my "bone broth 7day fast" decided to start yesterday after all I just got tired of eating wrong especially at night
I need prayers people a friend wants us to do it for 14 days, umhmh I don't know hey....😯

so this happened in 3 months that I've been away 😢😳😢😳, I don't know where to start but I made Bone Broth and sipping it when hunger strikes 😧
I'm planning to do a 7 day fast (bone broth)from this Friday since I don't believe in Mondays as a starting day
not much exercise has been happening either I'm so sluggish and lazy, tried walking this morning but was saved by an urgent work call only walked 2km and had to go back 😅 was somehow relieved how lazy is that 😂😂
anyyy who I'm going to take it one day at a time cos Jan is my busy time at work, how gr8? 2017 : NO WEIGHT LOSS DIETS JUST I.F (aka Fasting) Running, Running Running,
