Good morning, FS! 😀 I hope everyone has a great day!
Easy Egg muffins for the kids & coffee for me.
*preheat oven 350
*lightly grease muffin pan
*mix about 6 eggs with fillings of your choice with whisk
*fill about 3/4 way full
*bake about 20 min, until tops brown

Good morning, FS! 😀
Woke up this morning with my rings fitting a little tighter than usual, and some joints a little stuff. I think I'm a little intolerant to nuts. Salt isn't the only thing that causes water retention. Inflammation does as well, and it doesn't necessarily have to be a starchy or sweet food for you to be intolerant.

Crock pot fresh picnic, cauliflower "rice" cooked in ham juice, avacado, & coconut flour biscuits. Can't tell me nothing! 😀
