Help! Trying to maintain Ketosis
I'm currently trying to get my body into ketosis and noticed my levels are going down instead of increasing. I've been following my diet and exercising so Im not sure why this is occuring.
I saw a significant drop between Sunday - Tuesday. My question is : What days should I be looking at to see what causing the drop. Is what I ate Saturday? Sunday? I feel like I ate a lot more crap last week and was doing better.Can anyone help me with this? Which days screwed me up??
Thanks in advance...I am frustrated!

Its a beeeeautiful thing! I actually eat alot better when I am dieting ... my dinners are more tasty and satisfying. Love the plan

I have found that the calories are not as important as your fats and carbs. I still have trouble believing I am not eating "too much" fat, but it seems to work. In fact, I seem to loose more when I up my fat intake...it's mind boggling! I plan on doing some more reading ...
