I am a 58 year old female who has struggled with weight issues most of my life. I am currently a member of Weight Watchers. My first goal is to lose 15-20 lbs. I was an aerobic instructor for 15 years and during those years indulged in any food I wanted. So, I'm learning to eat properly for health purposes. Hormones are ugly things that can make you or break you. Throw the lack of them into a poor eating program along with little or no exercise, and you've got a problem! That's where I am!
