So Saturday, made (started) two batches of chicken bone broth.
One in the pressure, cooker, one in the crock-pot.
The one in the pressure cooker took 2 cycles of 2 hours each (total 4 hours), and I've been enjoying it for days. Yummy.
I enjoyed the cooked chicken meat for dinner Saturday night.
The one in the crock pot is still simmering away (53 hours later).
I'll finish it this afternoon, and have yummy chicken for dinner today, as well as a batch of bone broth to freeze. (the other batch I've mostly all eaten).

Felt really good today. Ive lost 15# since sunday, so guessing that my body was hanging on to a lot of water due to some food or other I'm not eating right now. (Would also explain the lower blood pressure).
Dr. Says just monitor BP, as long as I feel OK, continue taking BP meds for now.
Craving manageable today, the secret to avoiding the craving is having chix broth for breakfast. (Bone broth)

I gave blood today, I almost couldn't because my blood pressure was pretty low. It was 84/57 the first time, and 96/62 the second time.
I left a message with my doctor in case she wants to lower my blood pressure medication or eliminate it. She had wanted to wait until the Elimination Diet was complete, but that may change. It is interesting that it has dropped after only five days on this diet.
