week 24 pregnancy:(total gain: 13.8) i dont think this is 100% accurate but, its a new baby week and its monday. Tomorrow is baby appointment and get yet another ultrasound to finish the last ultrasound, which was 1.5 hrs. Yesterday, I didn't drink enough water, we had dinner way too late, which in turn, we stayed up too late. Since the kids got done with school, my home schedule was all screwed up, so... i stopped exercising. i need to get back into the swing of it and interlock it into the kids being home.

breakfast was a taco with egg, bacon, cheese, salsa and sour cream on a flour tortilla...but i ate it... now having coffee and crochet-ing my 4year old a wearable blanket/poncho.

Protein Yogurt for breakfast with granola on top. I didn't record cena last night. It was chaotic and my oldest son actually made dad e io a taco 🌮 all by himself without asking him to do so. Doesn't sound like a big deal?? He has autism so usually he doesn't think of others in this manner. I was truly surprised by this. Im super distracted today... having a hard time focusing. yesterday i ate WAY too much. most websites suggest 2200 calories for second trimester. thats my max, not going to try to eat that much. i snacked alot, but it wasnt a normal day considering my first meal was at 1145. Today i had breakfast at normal time, anywhere between 830-10a. Im using LoseIt! to record food this time, unsure which one to stick with.🫠
