Does coconut oil help you stay in ketosis?
You can get coconut oil at any health food store and possibly regular supermarkets...It can be messy especially if you leave it in heat (trust me!) Mine is solidified but once it reaches a certain temp it turns to liquid so be careful opening the lid...lol
I never tried it in coffee..that sound interesting!

I just joined 2 days ago and will be turning 40 next month. I have sent invites to my friends to become buddies but they have not joined
