Hanging in there with the weight loss. My favorite food is brussel sprouts with salt-free seasoning. I'm laying off bread goods and sweets. Doctors are pleased as I will let them be. I've always been stubborn, so I will only follow their suggestions so far. Physical therapists won't touch me due to severe back issues. I am supposed to use a pool three days a week but can't always get there. After I sell my home, I'm putting in one of those Michael Phillips pools. It's making it harder to find a new house because of needs pool space but I will add on a room if I have to.

I was informed I needed a new bed before the doctors would do surgery. So off I went with #1 daughter to a Pure Sleep store. After answering questions regarding my sleep habits I tried out new pillows, mattresses, and fancy electric beds with massage features. After spending an insane amount of money, I have to say my back does feel much better. I don't know if sleeping better and longer will help me lose more weight, but right now my back feels great.
