Still plugging along. Losing but not from trying, Having stomach issues. As a diabetic I expect the occasional physical problem, but now that I'm 70+ they just keep coming.
I'm looking forward to Mothers Day, and hope that all that are losing, and struggling enjoy the day with their families and mothers. Eat a small something that will make you feel comfort.

Losing gets harder. Eating well but moving less. The weather has been miserable and my arthritis has decided to act up. I'll just keep plugging along, I want to lose more than I originally thought.

Getting Harder to lose these last few pounds, despite being sick. I usually do 45-minutes of aqua therapy twice a week, but have been down with the worst flu that's going around.nI had gained back 2 pounds visiting Vegas, where I got the bug. So, in essence its a wash. If, and when I make it to my goal, I'm going to reset to lose another 15 pounds. I read everyone's struggles which makes me not feel alone. My wishes are for everyone not to give up.

I should have waited to weigh in as I just had a large salad and bread stick at Olive Garden. Since I don't usually eat out, it is worth it. Since I've been doing reasonably well, I think I might try to set my goal weight down below 180. I hate to set a goal that I might not reach, but I will try. I've been doing Aqua-therapy three times a week and it has really made a difference on how my body feels. As a plus I love the warm water. I am able to do 40 minutes of constant movement. I'm beat when I get out but my arthritis is better and I sleep six hours for the first time in 50+ years. I like to read what others are doing in their struggle for weight loss. I always come away with one or two hints that help me. I really like to hear the therapists comment on my renewed drive to become healthier.

I've had a bad month. Not only on my diet, but general health. A major arthritic flair hit me after the holidays that has kept me bed ridden. Although I haven't eaten much, I really haven't moved my body. Today I will return to my therapy, but I will be exercising in warm water. I've almost met my goal but I really need toning. Too bad my insurance doesn't pay for hanging fat removal. After my back surgery I'm going to have a body stocking made.
