I’m genderfluid btw (he/she doesn’t matter), albeit being physically male.

A 19 y/o soprano saxophonist in college :) I want to have a recomposition of my body, but not a lot of muscles. That doesn’t make me androgynous looking, lol.

Started my progress with changing my weight on 8/20/19; hope to finish around February next year.

Talk to me about whatever, and yes I know what I’m doing and how to do it correctly (just don’t bother me about that XD)

Need advice
Oh, yeah i’m doing the exact same thing but no one else here bothers to say anything… :/
You can look at my profile for info any time on how my weight gain is going btw.
I suggest figuring out how many calories for each gram your food is so you can eat more calories in each bite without getting full. I go for food with 5 calories in each gram or more.
Try eating a lot of peanut butter, it has around maybe 8 calories each gram.
