Confession time....
Ever since the loss of my job, COVID and going back to school I have ballooned back even higher then I was at the time of my last journal, roughly 200 days ago. 😔
But now I am proud to say I have finished school and will graduate next month and as of June 8th I have been working again and I am finally on the right track again. I'm down 12 lbs since starting my job, things are looking up and I could not feel better mentally! Just wanted to check in , I hope everyone is staying safe, happy and healthy! 😊

unexpected this morning.... I was given a huge compliment by a classmate she said that I look like I've lost weight and she has been meaning to tell me this. I was really touched by this statement because physically I have not lost a pound but have been drinking a lot more water. Can this really happen? 🤔 I hope everyone has a wonderful Tuesday!!!
