fix. Krn aq py masalah lambung, aq ak jd diet ocd nya . yaaa.. diet nyantai kayak slama inilah ... gak ngoyo2 banget... turun syukur Alhamdulillah.. tapi ttp jaga terus bb yg skg, jangan smpe naik ,in syaa Allah 🌷🌷🌷🌷🍂🍂🍂🍁🍁

Gak ngerti nih....
klo aq ngitung2 kalori makanan, hampir selalu diatas 1200 kalori..
tapi saat ditimbang pake timbangan tanita trnyata cuma 1100 an kalori..
????
dan timbanganku mmg naik krn aq mw makan sesuai BMR ku minimal 1200 kalori... tapi massa otot dan massa air naik jg yg turun Alhamdulillah massa lemak..
ngitung Tdee?...
krn aq cuma Ibu rumah tangga yg cuma ngurus anak dan suami, jd gak bs ngitung...
