Holidays and break in exercise routine has me gaining weight especially around the wast. Few injuries including forearm strain and ankle jarred injury, from enthusiastic gym workout.

Not been able to get to the gym for two weeks. exercising at home with reasonable outcomes and results. Tendonitis to elbows resolving, but irritated by bicep work. Other workouts actually resolve tendonitis significantly - intriguing.

Keeping busy. Focussing on plenty of fresh vegetables and lean meats. Could increase clear fluids especially water. Minor strain in medial elbow joints resolving. Reduced Gym work on bicep curls type exercises. Able to comfortably do most other exercises. Exploring concepts in Qigong and how to apply to my physical cultures.
