Keeping busy. Focussing on plenty of fresh vegetables and lean meats. Could increase clear fluids especially water. Minor strain in medial elbow joints resolving. Reduced Gym work on bicep curls type exercises. Able to comfortably do most other exercises. Exploring concepts in Qigong and how to apply to my physical cultures.
