I have been on the weight loss merry-go-round most of my life. My family shamed and guilted me a lot which made food that one escape to feeling better in the moment. So, you might say I have a pretty warped relationship with food. Consequently, I am an emotional eater. I'm also determined to conquer this eating problem, I'd be so grateful for support from those who understand what I have been struggling with.
