someone please answer me
So I have gotten questions about hello fresh meals. They are like a delivery service that gives you fresh fruit, vegetables and meats. You then cook everything yourself.
In regards to eating normally, my normal breakfast would probably be some avocado on toast or some cereal or some porridge or some egg. For lunch I would probably have an 2 egg omelette with mushrooms. Or on weekends for lunch I could have a sausage role, chicken sand-which, ect. Then for dinners I would make a hello fresh meal which are a variety of meals that include pastas, grains, vegetables, fish, and meats. So that would be a 'normal' day. But at the moment I don't do that.
I still have been eating only dinners but my mum is starting to notice. Because I have been eating so little for a while do you think that if I go back to three meals a day I will gain weight back.
I feel like I am not losing the weight where I want to. I want to loose weight in my thighs and stomach but it isn't happening. I also find that with so little food i don't want to exercise any more. Please help. I am desperate for advice and have nobody else to talk to.

someone please answer me
I have not been eating any other meals except dinner for a week. For dinners I have a hello fresh meal. Sometimes for lunch I have a can of John west tuna chunks in springwater or 2 boiled eggs. I know this isn't healthy but I am scared that if I go back to eating normally I will gain weight back. I really don't want to gain. I sometimes feel like I am going to collapse and I want to stop this. How can I tell my parents about this. I feel like if I tell them then they will make me eat more food and I will gain. Please help.
