When I joined FS I wanted to able to track my food intake and to journal what was happening in regards to my diet and weight loss goals. I had no idea of the community here or of how supported and privileged I would feel to be among people on journeys similar to my own. Thank you members of FS!

I got about 4 hours of sleep last night and felt less sore when I got up. Yay!
I usually average about two hours before I wake up and try to get back to sleep.
The last two days my thighs have felt like they were on fire. I still did my lower body workout today, but I took last night and tonight off from my 30 minute walk on the treadmill. I already have to use stairs all day so I didn't want to continue adding insult to injury. That break helped me to lift the feeling that I had been walking around in concrete shoes.

I have always had insomnia and as a result, I am still dragging again today. Every activity took more effort than usual. When I get in bed this evening I am going to stay there even if I have to stare at the ceiling until the alarm goes off.
I stayed on plan today even though I have been having severe cravings for sweet tarts. I ate a chew-able Vitamin C tablet instead which made me want to eat another one. That means I ate two.

I am moving sooo slowly today. The leg exercises I did yesterday have me feeling like I played Twister with an octopus. I guess it was more than just the exercise though because I didn't keep down my snack earlier. I tried the mint tea recommended by Me6y and that seemed to settle my stomach. Thank you Me6y! I managed to stay on plan today despite being sick, however I had to add protein powder to make up for the snack I lost earlier.

July 9, 2016. I didn't sleep very well last night so I was dragging until I got my workout in. That gave me a little more energy to get other things done around my house that I had been putting off. Being tired made me crave comfort food so I had to be very strict with myself and not give in. It will be an early night tonight.
