Now that I am single and in my 40's, I want to be healthier and feel better. I was at my highest in 2019 at 218 pounds. I felt horrible, and diabetes runs everywhere in my family. It was time for some serious changes. I started working out, and eating right and am down to 179, but am at a plateau. I know I need to change my workouts and cut out more carbs, BUT I LOVE CARBS lol! I want to encourage others and have the same support back. I want to set a good example for my 22 year old son and for all my 5th Grade students, but really this IS FOR ME! I want to lose at least 29 more pounds because I am only 5'2". I don't want to be my high school weight, just feel healthier and more energy. My BFF, my little sis, TOSH MELODY, aka MISS BOSSY, made me do this so here I am. But it is my journey, and I look forward to meeting my goals and learning from others along the way! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!
