Today I am grateful for the small things in life. The ability to move forward and commit to my own health and the love and support of the ones around me.
I walked 30 minutes today and I feel good about it. I need to make changes to my eating habits to make this adventure complete.

I am on a low carb high fat diet. I was stalled at 177 for about three weeks and started a new job recently where I am doing constant physical activity and this has not only broken my stall but has allowed a slight weight loss. Yeah!!
