I have been sitting on a steady weight for the past two years, but suddenly everything went to custard and I gained 4kg. This is unacceptable and I will lose them again. Have only just found this site, so am hoping that by participating I will get on track again.

Hi Josie, this is Ali. I too have only just joined in the last few days and am a firm believer in moderation. I don't have a great deal of weight to lose, but am in this for the long haul - i.e. after losing the weight keep maintaining.
I am an oldie - 69yrs and have been on the dieting bandwagon since I was a young mum. I recently gained weight after being steady for quite a few years and would be pleased to buddy with you to help get your weight down in a sensible and timely manner.
In a previous life I was a Weight Watchers Lecturer, but that was a long time ago.
