excercise at home.
I recently purchased a Wii Fit. I totally love it. It was the best $90 I've spent in a long time. The exercises are really short and way enjoyable. I particularly like the boxing one. I know everyone says that the Wii Fit is a lazy person's version of exercise, and maybe it is, but it got me moving. For the first time ever, I'm exercising regularly. It's super fun.
