I'm Andrew, 44 years old and have been a cook in the Navy for 23 years now. I've served on 3 submarines and am currently on shore duty, in beautiful San Diego. I LOVE food and if it were not for the Navy having height/weight standards, I would probably weigh 250 lbs by now. I know what to eat, unfortunately I have a sweet tooth and crave fried foods. At my heaviest I weighed 217 lbs. Whole30 & Running have gotten me to where I am today. Next stop...abs!
