Miss your pasta? Try 'Shirataki Noodles' 5 calories per 100gm!!
Does anyone have a source for reasonably priced Shirataki noodles? So far the best price I've found without buying a wholesale amount is about 34 cents an ounce.

MCT OIL
Yes, I use it in salad dressing as well as in my morning coffee, instead of making butter coffee, which I did not like.

Butter coffee
Thanks to all who shared their insights into adapting to butter coffee! I finally got some MCT oil to use in place of butter and coconut oil, and that made a huge difference! I like my new mix and it does keep me free of hunger pangs til mid to late afternoon.

Butter coffee
Thanks, Miraculum. I'll try it. I've also been thinking that cocoa might be better with coconut oil than coffee. A strong cup should have about as much caffeine as coffee, I think.

Butter coffee
Tried butter coffee this morning and had a hard time getting it down, plus I was every bit as hungry at noon as I generally am! Very discouraging. Have others had the same reaction? Does one get used to the rather repulsive taste and feel? Any suggestions for doctoring it so that it tastes like something one would like to drink? I used cinnamon and vanilla as well as sweet butter and coconut oil.
