Ingredients
Directions
- Pfefferschinken oder Kochschinken in schmale Streifen schneiden. Zwiebeln in hauchdünne Scheiben schneiden und hin zu geben.
- Himbeerbalsam (vom Fass schmeckt viel besser) hinzufügen. Ein TL Kräuter-Knoblauchöl (vom Fass) und einen kleinen Spritzer Süßstoff dazu geben.
- Wer es etwas schärfer mag, dementsprechend mit Pfeffer und Paprikagewürz abschmecken.
