Another mini-milestone achieved: Lowest weight since 1992!! As the old saying goes, folks, nothing succeeds like success! Name it and claim it!
213.0 lb Lost so far: 72.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
