Away from home all day, left before breakfast and not home till after dinner, bus tour to view the total solar eclipse in Columbia, SC! No planning, no packed food -- Crazy food day! But, hey, a once-in-a-lifetime experience! Back to work on Tuesday!
218.5 lb Lost so far: 66.5 lb.    Still to go: 50.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
