Feeling pretty darn good about this number. Inching ever closer to my goal. Still want chips and chocolate, but managing to stay strong.

I am doing a little informal survey on getting derailed and having this new eating lifestyle be sustainable. Please comment if you have the time! You've got this. One day of eating of track will be ok. Just get back into the mindset!
