Still not quite on track but I'm back to eating at least one salad a day along with my other meals.

Focusing on increasing water intake
Cutting back on processed junk
124.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It's so hard to avoid the processed junk! I read a statistic that said over 80% of all foods in a grocery store contain heavily processed grains, sugars and oils. ACK!
