sleep-in, eat late weight but I'll take it :)
133.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Xyngular   losing 0.7 lb a week

Hey. I've been reading your journal posts and I am inspired by your journey. You've done amazing! I have the same goal as you, I currently weigh 146.6 and my goal is to weigh 130. Would you mind telling me what you're doing to lose weight? Are you just trying to reduce your calories or are you on a plan of some sort? Kudos for your good work! :)

Thanks! I am following the redbox meal plan very closely and take xyngular products/supplements in moderation. I do not count calories but do measure protein to ensure I have enough to not be hungry. I have also cut out as much processed food as possible.
