This took some effort. I'm struggling with cravings and a little stress eating. I need healthy snacks in reach and have not taken the time to buy them. Not much sleep, found some food in the wee hours of the night and finally caught up on GOT. So not a total loss.

Still in recovery mode. Drinking tea and water until my next meal.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I like now tomatoes cucumber and a small piece of feta cheese. They are cool and enough for my night or day cravings. Have a happy hump day :-)

Be head strong. Those cravings will subside. Buy fruits/veggies that are in season from your farmer's market. They made a difference in my life. Just saying...

Thanks, y'all. I'm getting it together. Luckily for the amount of junk I'm craving I want some healthy food too. Forcing myself to take a break and get to the store for healthy eats. That salad sounds so simple but really good, Suzy. I'm ready.
