Here we go again another f'n week of stupid f'n yoyo weight. This is so f'n useless. Had a good workout yesterday not that it seemed to help. Should start you know what any day now but not feeling bloated so don't think its that - just my stupid body.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
