Ooops!

I know exactly what I did to get here. The rice was just a gateway food. Because I finally got into some real sugar. I won't go into the gory details. But recording this number allows me to document why/when my weight went up so fast.

I'm making a concerted effort to avoid any high sugar content foods for the next few days. Sorry fruit, I'm going to miss you.


128.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Up fast also means down fairly fast, just cut out the carbs, sugars. But you already know that. Kick the sugar in the butt. :)

I am kicking the sugar habit in the butt :). Not one bite or sip today. It's great to be able to snap out of it faster than in the past. Of course I'll slip up but no more longer sugar trips. Way too damaging. Thanks dear buddies. ❤

Yea....they had 3 boxes of donuts while the NGB inspectors were here, but, eat my yogurt with mango slices and walk right past that junk! Rock on brothers and sisters!

Saw the Dr. Berg video on 'adrenal' persons (which seems to fit me perfectly) and he talked about the potassium​. I'll get some to add to the mix...
