Ya know what's sad? hoping each am when you step on the scale that its 175. That used to new my fat beyond fat weight and now I'm praying for it. Ugh. Yesterday I had about 550 cals at work and had taken an exercise class at lunch so thought for sure I'd have good results when I jumped on the scale after work and I had gained over a lb! gee 1 lb in about 8hrs - awesome! it had gotta be pms bloat. In any event I am down ever so slightly today so its not the end of the world.
177.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Best time to weigh is in the morning, before eating and after going to the bathroom wearing the same clothes. Your weight is going to fluctuate all day because of sodium, all the food you eat and drink all day and even exercise can effect the scale. When you sweat you can dehydrate and the scales can do down or your muscles can retain water (when you change or add exercise) to help them heal. This can show as a temporary gain on the scale. Keep going and you will see that 175.
