I may need a new scale. I'm going to Walmart (my doctor) to check my BP and weight. The thought of purchasing a new scale and getting a 15lb differential in the wrong direction has me biting my nails.

I know that is in exaggeration because I do see the loss and so does everyone else. I'm just not understanding why.

No snacking and portion control may be the cause but besides trying to do a push-up I'm not working out yet. Oh well, our bodies are mysteries. It also could be stress unfortunately. And that's not the way I want to lose.

132.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
