135lbs was nice but short lived. I know what to do to get it back on track. I just have to get it done.

String beans for breakfast. I was in a rush and grabbed them to go.

I missed my shake but that may be lunch for me today.

Water, water and more water for me.

I hope everyone is off to a great start. Thanks for helping me get past the blues.


137.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

String beans for breakfast? Girly, you got some odd ideas ;) Do what works for you, but keep in mind it can be effective AND enjoyable. Just takes a little creativity sometimes.

Green beans, they are good. I have a smoothie with kale and fruit most mornings. Start my day with a serving each of veggie and fruit.

I eat eggs and vegetables including geeen beans for breakfast. Lot better than for your body than bacon and toast.
