I cheated a little yesterday and had a mini aero left over from Halloween plus with the change to a higher calorie protein shake I was sure it was going to go up. pleasantly surprised 😎
176.6 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
